Casa Buenavista | El Nido

EL NIDO, Palawan — For those visiting El Nido on a budget and want a great deal on lodging, stay in Casa Buenavista.

It's a hostel—much like what the rest of the town proper has. Considering the amount you're paying, it's very decent! Rooms have air-condition and washrooms are clean and have hot water.

Casa Buenavista is along the beach front (even if the beach isn't swimmable) and has the best view.

The rooms are all upstairs. Book your tours on the ground floor. That's where the meeting place for tours will be, too.

Just let Jennifer know in advance your arrival time. In our case, we arrived at 3:30am. They left our room open for us so we didn't have to wake them up anymore.

There wasn't a lot of people on this side of the beach during our stay.

Casa Buenavista is on Rizal Street. It's a 5 minute trike ride from the bus terminal.

Three of us stayed in Room #3. Our bathroom was shared with other rooms but it never became a problem. We got an extra bed for me. Unfortunately, it wasn't very comfortable but I didn't really mind.

We spent around P1,000 each for 3 nights.
